Order process

Add items to your cart
On each product page choose the style, size, and quantity you need, then click “Add to cart.”

Keep shopping or view your cart
To continue browsing, click “Continue shopping” or the close icon to hide the cart.
When you're ready to review your order, click “View cart” inside the cart drawer. -
Review the items in your cart
Check each item, option, and quantity carefully.
If you need to make changes, edit the selection and press “Update cart.”
Enter any coupon code here and click “Apply coupon.”
When everything looks correct, click “Proceed to checkout” to move to the payment page. -
Enter the required information and place your order
For first-time customers Fill out every field under Billing information.
After confirming all required details, click “Place order.” For registered / returning customers The billing information you used previously is filled in automatically.
Confirm the details and click “Place order.” -
Order completed
We will send an order confirmation email to the address on file.
Please keep the message until your order arrives.
Payment methods and timing

After checkout we email our bank account details. Please remit the total within 3 business days.
Check your inbox (and spam folder). If you do not receive the message within 24 hours, contact us at info@10ezmanagement.com.
We ship after confirming payment.
If we cannot confirm payment within a reasonable period after sending the invoice, the order will be cancelled.

Your card is charged when the order is confirmed.
Single-payment only.
Accepted cards: VISA / Master / JCB / Amex / DINERS.
Shipping
Once your order ships we automatically send a shipping notification email. Please review the details.
Shipping method – free shipping on orders of ¥26,400 or more.
Shipping is a flat rate nationwide. Our carrier changed on 2025/08/01.
Courier service – ¥660.
Orders usually arrive 1–3 business days after you receive the shipping email (the email is sent within 0–2 days after purchase).
Delivery timing
Orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after the shipping email. Weather, traffic, or carrier issues may cause delays or early deliveries. We cannot compensate for delays or accept returns/cancellations due to carrier circumstances.
Delivery date requests
If you need a specific delivery date or time, enter the request in the order notes. We'll accommodate whenever possible, but we may not be able to meet every request.
Other notes
Large holiday traffic or inclement weather may delay delivery.
International shipping
Hong Kong / Korea / China: ¥1,650 (tax included).
Other regions: ¥3,300 per shipment.
Free-shipping promotions do not apply to overseas orders. Depending on the destination we may need to invoice additional postage after you order; in that case the fee varies by weight.
Returns & exchanges
TENEZ(テネス) では、以下の条件で返品、交換を承ります。 「商品の不具合やトラブル」「お客様都合」など状況によって返品、交換できる条件が異なります。詳しくは以下をご覧ください。
※ 注意:
直接店頭で購入したり、店頭に電話して取り置きされた場合など、TENEZオンラインショップでの注文ではない場合は、原則的に返品・交換の対象外となります。
■商品の不具合やトラブルによる返品、交換の対応
TENEZオンラインストアで購入をした商品に不具合やトラブルがあった場合(ただし、返品、交換対象外のケースを除きます。)、 同一商品と交換という形でご対応させていただきます。この場合の交換に伴う送料は、弊社が負担します。
返品、交換の手続きや受付期間については下記をご確認ください。
■お客様都合による返品、交換の対応
「サイズが合わなかった」場合を除き、色味の印象違いや他商品への変更希望など、お客様都合による返品はお受けいたしかねます。なお、交換につきましては在庫がある場合に限り対応可能です。ただし、この場合の交換に伴う送料は、お客様負担になりますことご了承ください。

■受付期間・手続きについて
TENEZオンラインショップで購入した商品を受け取ってから指定の受付期間内に、「お問い合わせ」または「LINE公式アカウント」https://lin.ee/tdymXmRBを通じて、返品・交換のお申し出をしてください。
※ 返品・交換をご希望の理由を必ずお書きください。

■返品・交換の受付期間
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of confirmation. Contact us via the inquiry form or LINE Official Account with your name, order number, and the items you wish to cancel.
Gift wrapping
We currently do not offer gift wrapping services.
Missed delivery slip
If you are absent when the courier arrives, they will leave a missed-delivery notice. Please contact the carrier using the details on the slip and arrange a new delivery within one week. If the package is returned to us, we may charge the round-trip shipping cost.
Incomplete address
If the shipping address is missing details (building or apartment name, etc.), the package is returned to us. We will reship after we receive the correct address, but the additional postage is billed cash-on-delivery. Double-check your address before ordering.
Delivery suspension / order cancellation
If re-delivery is difficult because of an unknown address or a long absence and two weeks have passed since the order date, we stop delivery and cancel the order. Depending on the situation, we may charge the round-trip shipping cost. For bank transfers, orders are cancelled if payment is not confirmed within three business days of sending the invoice.

All inquiries about cancellations, returns, or exchanges are handled through our LINE Official Account. We usually reply within 24 hours.
